01 · Why no refunds
The cost of running your audit — vision-model passes, nine identity-preserved reference generations, the shoot plan write-up, the photographer brief — is incurred at the moment you submit your photos. By the time you have something to evaluate, the work is non-recoverable.
Pricing the product at $49 reflects this. We’d rather charge once, deliver in full, and end the transaction than build a service around managed refund expectations.
02 · What you get instead
Recheck and graduation. Once you’ve actually reshot — on your real schedule, with a real camera — you can upload the new photographs for an automated comparison against your original set. If your overall score reaches 7 or above, the audit graduates.
This is post-purchase value, not a refund mechanism. There is no cash-return component tied to it. The recheck window mirrors the data-retention window: 60 days from when your shoot plan was generated.
03 · Operational exceptions
Genuinely failed deliveries are handled as recovery work first: we will complete the audit manually or restore the pipeline path. This is not a satisfaction-refund policy.
Duplicate purchases are operational reversals. If you accidentally pay twice for the same audit, write in and we will reverse the duplicate charge.
Anything else is a chargeback conversation, not a product refund conversation.
04 · Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer, we will respond on the merits. We retain the right to dispute chargebacks where the audit was successfully delivered and the account shows access to the references and shoot plan.
